EYE'M (NOT) SORRY
Ok, so I’ve been absent from this blog and my Instagram for a hot minute, so I want to apologize, but I won’t, because women need to stop apologizing for the choices that make their lives easier, (which is something I should probably get on a poster at this point). I was focusing on getting a job and I ended up getting two jobs, a grown-up day job and a fun side job as a skincare consultant at Sephora (!!!). I finally started my grown-up job last week and I start at Sephora next week so I thought it was finally time to get back into it. On that note, let’s get back to skincare. I wanted to talk about this Youth to the People eye cream and why I love it but first I’d like to talk about eye creams in general and my previous feelings about them. My previous experiences with eye creams leave a lot to be desired. By which I mean, I could write sonnets about how they were obviously a snake oil created by the beauty industry to keep women down and we’d all been gaslit into believing
